Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Habib Sultan, a sole proprietor trading as Talkiify ("Talkiify", "we"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

Talkiify lets a business connect its messaging channels and upload its own business knowledge, so that an AI assistant can answer that business's customers. The business remains responsible for what is sent from its channels.

You must give accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for everything done under your account. You must be authorised to connect the channels you connect.

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us the licence needed to store and process it in order to run the service for you. You confirm you have the right to upload it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

You must not use Talkiify to:

send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; impersonate another person or business; send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or harmful content; attempt to breach the security or isolation of the platform; or breach the terms of any connected platform, including Meta's Platform Terms, Developer Policies and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.

We may suspend an account that breaches these rules.

Talkiify generates replies from the data you upload. We design the system to answer only from your data and to say it does not know, or hand over to a person, when it cannot. We do not guarantee that every reply is accurate or suitable. You are responsible for reviewing your knowledge base and for the replies sent from your channels.

Connected platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger are operated by Meta, not by us. Their availability, rules and fees are outside our control, and changes they make may affect the service.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Messaging fees charged by Meta are separate and billed by Meta.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms. On termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
